Section Three: The CORGI Customer First Quality Charter:
 
A CORGI Customer First member will sign up to the CORGI Customer First Quality Charter. This will mean they agree to:

1. Provide a friendly and trustworthy service.
2. Turn up to a job on time, and if not possible, call the Customer to let them know when I will arrive.
3. Provide a fair quote, in writing, and stick to it unless the job changes. Any changes will be agreed with and explained to the Customer.
4. Leave the place where I have been working as I found it
5. Endeavour to resolve any problems with the work I have carried out and work with the Customer to sort out any issues.

  Please confirm if you are willing to provide us with the details of five customers you have done work for in the last 12 months?
 
 
 
  Please can you give us the names and telephone numbers of these customers so that we can ask them to confirm they were satisfied with the work they had done for them?
 
 
 
 
 
Thank you very much for your interest in CORGI Customer First.
 
If you have completed sections one and two, and ticked all the boxes in section three, you can expect to hear back from us within 10 working days. If you were unable to tick all the boxes in section three, you can still submit the form to request a call back and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
 
The joining process follows four parts:

1. Talking to the Customers you have given us as referees and confirming they were satisfied with the work they received, references will be selected from customers on a random basis.
2. Checking that you have not had any complaints raised that were upheld in the last 12 months
3. We will call you shortly to confirm your registration as a CORGI Customer First member and take your payment of £49.99 (plus VAT)
4. We will then post you the following items - free of charge:

- A CORGI Customer First polo shirt
- A CORGI Customer First enamel badge
- A CORGI Customer First van logo
- 20 CORGI Customer First personalised business cards
- An additional CORGI Customer First ID card showing your new quality membership status.
 
The full application process should only take 10 working days. If you haven’t received a call within this time please call us in the Contact Centre on: 0800 915 0485 or email us at customerfirst@trustcorgi.com and we will chase things up.
